Zili Misik at the Beehive

I met theBand Zili Misik last night through my fellow dragon boat paddler, Anhdao! Anhdao takes photos for the band and have known veteran members for years. Here, JoBeth, a filipina, does the drums. Rajdulari, in the middle does vocals and percussion. Zili Misik is a 8-woman band that plays afro-cuban music. I love the high paced jungle beats and the happy tempo they play. Their performace is phenomenal that I highly recommend them if you are looking for a night full of dance and fun.
