Man Reading

I was glad I took a break from my reading today. School is approaching and I am back to work. I feel that every minute I can read will make me a better teacher. But, I took a break and I drew. After almost a month of not sketching I surprised myself. I thought, without practice, I would feel rusty. I admit I was hesitant to draw the past three weeks afraid I would have to go over ugly lines. But truth, who cares. We learn by those ugly lines. Its all about approximations. I was happy about this man I drew. I will continue drawing again. Who cares if we havent sketched in weeks, months, or years. Just do it.
